What Is Not Changing
Tomorrow, you will continue to work with the same people you love today. There will be no immediate change to how customers interact with Kipu or Avea.
Tomorrow, you can depend on your existing integrations. Our goal is to maintain our existing partnerships and continue to support working integrations with SalesForce, Alleva, BestNotes, ZenCharts and CollabMD. We believe our products compete on their own merits and clients should be able to select best of breed, if they so choose.
You don’t have to change what you call your favorite company and system. Avea and Kipu will both maintain their existing brands and product names.

Who Gets the Integration First?
First, we’ll prove the value of this integration with existing customers who already rely on both Kipu and AveaOffice as their core systems. Once these integrations are proven to work with these existing customers in live care environments, we’ll make them our recommended solution for new customers.
I’m Using Kipu and Avea! Can I be a Beta Partner?
Yes! First, reach out to your Kipu Customer Success Manager or to Avea support and they’ll get you in touch with our product team. You’ll then be walked through the beta process. If you’re interested, we’ll get started with a beta agreement and then create a project plan based on your needs and goals.
What will the integrations do?
These integrations will allow for all teams to work better together and reduce effort, decrease errors, increase reimbursement, and enhance reporting. Specifically, we will work with your staff to define your key performance goals in each of these areas. We will also measure your performance with our systems before and after the integration, so we can quantify the improvement for you. If we can show improvement, we’d like to share your results with others. This will all be outlined as part of the beta agreement.
I’m using Kipu and CollabMD. Or Alleva and Avea. Will this affect my current integrations?
Our goal is to maintain our existing partnerships and continue to support working integrations with Salesforce, Alleva, BestNotes, ZenCharts and CollabMD. You can count on us to support your existing, working integrations. In fact, we will be announcing some exciting new partnerships soon.
Are you changing the Kipu or Avea support hours?
We have no immediate plans to change our support hours, however as we work to integrate our companies, we’re positive there will be improvements to our customer service.
