Kyle McHenry, Co-founder and CEO

Kyle McHenry has more than 8 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management focusing in the mental and behavioral health space. Starting as a CAADAC counselor at a treatment program in Laguna Beach, Kyle was quickly promoted to a supervisory role where he also functioned as an admissions coordinator simultaneously. After successfully handling these dual roles, Kyle then moved on to handle utilization review before ultimately becoming the Director of Billing.

Kyle expertly managed the transition from using third party billing companies to managing operations in-house for Windward Way, Treehouse, and True Recovery by employing a holistic and comprehensive approach to RCM that ensures every client receives the same level of service, from the smallest single provider office all the way to 300 bed, full continuum, regional and national providers.

Kyle founded Vertex Healthcare Services in 2016, and as CEO, grew the organization to support more than 25 facilities before merging with Prosperity in 2020.  Now SVP of Prosperity, Kyle manages all west coast operations for the business and is responsible for the success and continued growth of all the mental and behavioral health programs for which he and his team manage the revenue cycle and utilization review.
